What data do we collect?

Personal Data

ACT collects and processes data from you in relation to ACT events, your engagement in ACT bodies, or to disseminate information about the work of the ACT Alliance to you in your capacity as a staff member of an ACT member.  We do not collect data which can identify you unless you have given us your explicit consent or authorized a third party to transfer it to us.  Personal data may include, but is not limited to, your name, organization name, e-mail address, address, photographs, and videos.

When you contact ACT Alliance, we may keep a record of the correspondence.  From time to time, ACT sends emails to staff of member organisations for research or quality and accountability purposes.  Should you participate in such surveys, your responses will be kept by ACT Alliance.
